2 or more a day .... The body has a great filteration system. But
coke present alot of new chemicals to the body and disrupts the fluid flow systems. Water is much better for the body.

Morally, no issue.

I can =about 6-9 tea spoons of sugar=in the long term .. Sickness

Agree, even one. Drinking none is ideal.

There is not a single health benefit to drinking soda. Water is the plainest drink and it's healthier than soda.

look at sodium content in a can of soda. Forget the overloaded sugar. it is a tremendous amount! so there is no good answer. also they can lead to serious kidney problems particularly stones.

Pepsi is sturdy purely to drink through itself, and sturdy for alcoholic beverages, it imagine it mask the liquor style more advantageous effective, coca -cola is sturdy to prepare dinner with. and it also devour battery acid off your automobile battery.

i advised you better drink fruits juices rather than soft drinks and tea... because they have no food value, minerals and vitamins... drink alot of water
