It really isn't possible to lose weight super fast, you're gonna have to work hard for a while, depending on how much you need to lose. Are you sure you're up for that? Basically listen to what everyone else is saying-cut out the the junk food, high calorie, high fat foods and try to make an exercise plan. Maybe do 200 hundred crunches a night, or whatever works for you. Eating healthy without exercise isn't gonna give you the results you want. Another thing, don't expect the pounds to just wash away easily, it'll take weeks. The average pounds lost in a week is around 2-3, but not at first, you'll probably lose a lot of pounds of water weight at the beginning. Do little things to substitute the junk your eating now. Instead of your regular snack have fat free yogurt and fruit together. Instead of hot chocolate at night, have green tea(is thought to raise metabolism). Drink skim milk instead of any other kind. Don't eat white bread, stick to whole wheat stuff, only occasionally because bread and pasta contain a lot of fat. Have oatmeal, eggs, or a smoothie(fat free milk, fat free yogurt, fruit, splenda-yum) for breakfast instead of packaged food. Stay away from bagels and cream cheese, peanut butter and jelly(very bad for you!), lunch meats, (usually contains a lot of fat, stick to lean meats) and any other foods that could ruin your diet. Learn to read the labels on food, check the calories and the fat and how much a serving size is. Like I said you can't lose a lot of weight FAST. It takes a lot of hard work, and if you really want it gone forever you have to learn to change your eating habits, or all the weight will come back once its gone.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

I'm 5'51/2. I weigh 120, and if I were to lose 20 lbs, I'd look horribly sick. As far as the eating goes...your body works a bit like a furnace, and you have to keep giving it fuel to burn calories. So really you have to eat often, like the 6 small meals a day concept. If you don't eat enough or skip meals, your body goes into "starvation mode" and slows your metabolism. Then when you do finally eat, your body goes into "store all that as fat for the upcoming starvation mode" Really all that does is start a vicious cycle. As far as carbs being evil, no, they aren't, you need them, your brain needs them, but avoid white carbs...white bread, white rice, white noodles and such. Regarding your workout, good for you for jogging. I don't like cardio AT ALL. I assume your other workout is at a gym with weights. If that is the case, make sure you are WORKING your muscles, not doing weight that is too light. If you don't feel a bit of stiffness the second day after weights, you haven't challenged your muscles enough. I don't mean get so sore you can't get out of bed, that just makes you miserable. Good luck

You aren't gonna lose any more weight because it sounds like you are at a healthy weight for your body when you reach a healthy weight its hard to lose more weight. In order to lose more weight you would have to starve yourself and probably eventually become anorexic.
