Ok I am 22 yrs old, female. When I do ANY minimal type vigorous work (like carrying boxes or anything of that type), my shirt is wet from sweating, any minimal thing makes me sweat........ while I see other females and even males not break a sweat while doing the same thing!! When I go to the gym as well. If Im only doing weights I seem to sweat faster and more than most people in there, and my shirt and armpits are all wet. ..... When I run on the treadmil, after like a mile Im already soaked....... I know its normal to sweat if you are active (I dont sweat of I am doing nothing, only when Im active even if its very little) but its embarrasing cuz I sweat more than the guys........ Does any female have this problem and is there something I can do about it to sweat less??

I am dieting. I eat about 5 meals a day, 2 regular size and 3 small (breakfast bar, some almonds, pb sand, etc). I do great during the day, but at night, i start to crave carbs and many times i lose control and overeat. I am drinking lots of water to try and help, but it doesn't seem to be working. I am tired of ruining all my hard work during the day within half an hour at night, any help???

I already have a swimsuit and all my friends say it looks great but I'm afraid of showing it off to my guy friends.I just want to be a little smaller to feel more confident around them. And I can't go on a diet cuz my parents won't let me but already eat really healthy ( I was the only person in the lunch line with grapefruit, salad and water). Just workouts for every part of my body that really work. :)

Of course men are fat too... But you dont see them wearing tight shirts with their rolls hanging out, or wearing high heels that are about to burst.....Women always seem to make excuses why they are fat, oh yes my favorite one of all......... "i am happy the way i am" Well of course you are, you have no other choice... you are too lazy to work out. Shame on you!!!!

I have a lady that sent me samples of Herbal Life to try. I'm concerned if this is a
waste of my time or does it really work? I want to loose weight and stay healthy. Does anyone have a better way that has worked for them.

What I mean is that does it remove the extra flab especially when the lowe abdomen has "hanging" fat, in a very ugly way..

I know that cardio is also important, I run 4-5 days a week, lift weights, but I need to concentrate on removing the "hanging" fat on the lower abdomen.

1. So you want to lose some weight?

2. Sugar is bad for you, especially if you want to drop a few pounds. Yes this includes diet sodas

3. So are any kind of processed carbs (lay off the dinner rolls)

4. Water is your friend, acually it is your best friend, embrace it.

5. Exercise will do more than you think it will, embrace it too.

6. Stay off the scale, if you are exercizing you might be gaining muscle mass, but loosing fat wieght, this is a good thing, miscle helps burn fat!!

7. Veggies are good for you also, yummy.

8. yes changing your diet may cause constipation, make sure you are getting enough fiber, and try flaxseed, it does wonders.

any questions?

for those are you that are not familar they are nutrious drinks. the one i drink is green goodness which has brocoli, green tea, spinach, barley&wheat grass, (lots of other greens) plus fruits to make it tste good. if you drink one daily its 4 out of 5 servings of vegies. problem is... its huge. one is 560 cals, but no fat.i usually drink it over a period of 4 days. but do you think tomorrow if i had cereal then drank the drink the rest of the day haing an apple or fruit here and there that would be good? or is that too much food?
