Dieting is for the birds! Just eat smart, if you ever want to indulge with your favorite treats and foods, then do it but sparingly, excercise regularly because it is good for everyone, and drink plenty of water! Stay healthy, dont focus on losing weight!

no, dieting is bad, if you want to lose weight, amputate something. I am sure it will be the next big fad! Wouldn't you like to be one of the first??!

don't focus on numbers......eat smart (healthy), exercise regularly, and don't focus on the numbers!!

Talk to your family doctor for information and talk to your family.
Lots of research on the web as well - but I think the best bet is to talk to your Doctor if it's a major concern.
