Simpily, eat healthy and exercise. Just depends on you. For men, you need around 12% body fat... if you want to sport yout a 6 pack. By federal guidelines, that is athletic body composition... so get working. I weight lift followed by 45 mintues of cardio every other day. If you don't have that much time to spend. Lift one day and cardio the next day. You just need eat careful and excercise careful.
The trouble is. the ligther you get... the less calories you burn per activity. I mean you would burn more calories running a mile if you weighed 230 than 180!!!! I bet by difference of 150 cal/hr. You could add extra weight in cardio.
DON'T USE ANKLE OR WRIST WEIGHTS, THE GREATLY SHIFT YOUR CENTER OF MASS AND PUT LOT OF STRESS OF YOUR KNESS AND ANKLES, WHICH COULD RUIN YOUR HIMS AND LOWER BACK. THEY WILL **** YOU UP BAD.
Don't now use weighted vests, since they would compress your cheat and make cardio harder, since you can't take a deep of breath as you would like.
A weighted belt is very good. It's keeps the added weight near your natural center of mass and reduces strain
I say enver got about 15 lbs.
If you are really unsure about this stuff, consult a trainer otherwise, work hard and good luck.

Burn more calories everyday. It sounds simple but it works. Most people do not know how to calculate this. The basic formula is Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity.

The current issue of "Muscle and Fitness" magazine has some excellent Ab workout routines that won't get you bored.
Remember, diet and exercise is best for lasting weight loss.

it doesn't even matter you dumb ***! all that matters is that you do A LOT of toning for your abs. when you work out you are really ripping your muscle and when they grow back they are bigger and stronger. so dont do abs every day because they need time to grow back and recharge. so maybe about every other day do abs and on the opposite days do something for another area of your body that wont affect your abs

Work out at least 30 minutes a day so that you won't want to eat so much! Sit-ups help shrink the stomach, so get started!!
