I've been taking SlimQuick along with dieting and exercising and I've lost 4 lbs in one week. If I continue with the other 26 lbs, will it stay off? Even without the diet pills?

I have a pretty healthy diet. I also tend to do my own cooking. But, from time to time I like to eat some Mcdonald's or a pizza or something. Sometimes, when I do this I wind up getting a huge stomach ache. I don't stuff myself with this food.

What's going on?

I have gained about 40lbs in the last few months. It is a result of deep depression I am struggling with and quitting smoking. I can barely leave my house.

I have been on a diet for a while now, it was working very well and I have lost a lot of weight. I still have more to loose though. I am finding it increasingly hard to stick to what I once found incredibly easy. I am finding that I don't want to exersice and can't control what I eat much like before I started loosing weight. Can anyone offer any tips as to how to re-motivate myself?

I don't want to take pills.
I don't really want to do those websites that ask you to pay this much amount and all that.
Free website for weight loss? Or good dieting and exercise plans.
Can anyone help me?

A friend of mine lost a lot of weight. She says she did not alter her diet and/or exercise in any manner -- just drank a tremendous amount of water all day long. She swears it was the water that did it. (She lost about 20 pounds.) Who thinks this would work?
