My husband has the prescription drug phentermine and has not had much success with it. It messes with his heart a little and has raised his bloodpressure. They usually will only prescribe this medication if you meet certain guidelines that the insurance company sets up. He asked our physician for it because one of his co-workers was taking it and was having phenomenal effects. I think it matters why you are overweight to begin with. My husband has always been a solid guy, who stays active. Phentermine makes you race like you are on speed, and somebody who is inactive will have a hard time sitting still. It also makes you feel queasy or like a nervous stomach which makes some people not want to eat and makes others want to eat. If you are with a healthy bloodpressure rate and meet the guidelines that your insurance carrier sets up, try it.

anybody can buy it off the internet and yes it works as long as you take it but as soon as you stop the weight will come back if you dont change the way you eat controlling your intake of food and what kind of food is the best way took me 1 1/2 yrs to lose 65lbs it has now been 3yrs and the weight is still gone lots of hard work good luck
