Exercise and eat healthy, If it was too easy everyone would be thin. It isn't impossible though, just get up and get moving!!!

Hi, of the answers I have seen that you have so far, the one girl is right, it isnt easy, it is especially hard if you are extreme overweight. Those that need to lose 10-20 lbs, dont even know what it is like to have to loose. The other, man, is a smart ***! I am extremely overweight, I have tried everything, this store stuff, I gain weight on it or an extremely nervous, as far as getting up and moving, honey, I was raised on a farm, I worked like an animal, I have worked in facatories, and I mean with lots of physical activity. I have had two children and I cant seem to lose. My sister in law swears to CURVES-she does well on it, she eats weight watchers food and goes to curves and does extremely well. I cant afford either one. Try them, if you can financially, and have good will power. Hope I could help. Barb

Believe it or not you must eat to lose weight. Three meals a day and three snacks, at least two. Keep your total carbs per meal or snack under 45. Your body needs this fuel to function properly. Eat from all the food groups making wise choices. Stay away from fat free foods and go for foods that are labled lite or light. Exercise at least three to four times a week for 30 minutes. This is sensible and most of all not that hard.

First - check with your doctor about you thyroid. That could be part of it. Also check diabetes. Lots of people have it and don't know it. Heredity has a lot to do with it.
Go to a nutritionist. Have that person write a diet just for you! If that isn't possible, write your own diet! Veggies, fish, baked/broiled chicken - great for you. Look up the values - calorie wise/fat content - of your favorite snacks. Then substitute for a fruit. Got to change eating habits. Then - get exercise! Walk! Swing your arms! Last - no salt or refined sugar - go to substitutes. Good luck!

There is no easy way to lose weight. You gave to have a well balanced diet and exercise. Atleast 30 min of cardio 3 x's a week.

It is not hard. If you reall really want to loose weight and really meanto do it. Eat healthy and exercise.

First of all when you work out or walk,do it in the morning before you eat anything at all.Because your body has already fasted for eight hours or more and you will burn the fat and not the food you just ate. Okay?
