Cut off all fats, sodas, candies, sugary snacks. Drink only water and skim milk, water will keep your stomach fall, has no calories, and cleans out your system. Eat fruits and veggies, for protein eat skinless chicken breasts, turkey, or tuna. There are websites where you can plug in your weight, height, exercise level to determine the amount of calories you need to lose weight, do a google. To lose weight quickly, like you want, you will need a big calorie deficit. Run 60-90 minutes a day at a medium jog (that's about 5-7 miles) every day preferrably right after you wake up since you burn more fat on an empty stomach. Make sure it's continuous, only stop for some water or a quick breather. If you want to lose the lbs, this is the best way. That should get you your 4-5 lbs if you stay strict on your diet and do 60-90 minutes of cardio every day.

i agree with the first person. do south beach phase one. it works wonders. backically its non-fat milk, lean white meats, and veggies, and eggs. for 2 weeks. no furit or bread. no corn or carrots or potatoes. you can have soup as long as there is no rice or pasta in it. just lean meats. i recomend using boca burgers as meat alternatives. oh you can have beans too. go to wal mart and buy the book. it gives you the list of exactly what you can and cant consume. if you stick to it youll lose 8 lbs approx. but since you fdont want to lose that much i suppose you could cheat a little by having a fruti a day.

What i would suggest is to make ur diet full of veggies and fruit and eat bout 6 times a day with small portions. Also make sure to eat fibre with every meal. Drink plenty of water daily and between meals and with meals. As for your workout...make sure u do cardio training at about 30-60 mins a day. Nothing too overly intense just hr at about 130-150...but that cardio is key....at least 30 and up to 60 mins a day....try to do some resistance training but only to lean u out and not heavy, low rep sets....stay to 12-15...and do circuits. make sure to ge ta good sweat going....hope it all goes well for you...gluck

eating routine again yet no longer by ability of eating a lot less by ability of eating wholesome. reduce out pop, chips, etc... Drink a lot of water. carry out somewhat workouts from time to time like; awaken do 15 pushups or situps (slowly paintings as a lot as like 40), at the same time as ever you've loose time run up and down stairs or jog around the block. it would no longer ensue in 3-4 months yet you do not prefer to wonder your body by ability of doing to a lot
