eat less food more often, instead of 3 big meals eat 6 small meals and exercise. eating smaller meals will not make you feel bloated and lazy, then you can walk or use some other low impact exercise.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

That depends on how much weigh you want to lose-
Eat alot of Fish (It's healthy for you) Nothing Deep fried Dariy is good (yogurt and milk) Whole Grains are good too. And start to work out for about 1 hour a day- Than take a daily 10 min walk (or run) And the pounds will start to melt away
Type in 'Healthy Recipes' in to google or something and you can find a bunch of recipes that you'll like
Or you could just chop of an arm, that's a couple of pounds
haha jk- But remember it's not how much weigh you lose it's how you look, Musel weighs more than fat

to be on the safe side you should loose about 2-3 pounds a week anymore could be harmful. You should eat in portions that are about the size of you hand 1/3 protein, 1/3 carbs, and 1/3 vegetables. you should eat about five of those meals a day.

You should add exercise to your diet program. I suggest that you do some aerobic exercise about 15 minutes after you eat a meal. Start off with 20 minutes and work up to 45-60 minute workout after each meal. This will force you to eat smaller meals and eat less meat. If you try to eat large meals that include meat before a workout, you will feel like crap during the workout and maybe even throw up. This will force you to keep to you diet. Part of losing weight is recognizing that you gained the weight because of your poor behavior and finding creative ways to change your behavior.

If you eat 1500 a day you can lose up to 5lbs. in one month. You can eat many healthy things except for deep fried, greasy, salty and anything lathered in butter. This sounds like a lot cut down but it isn't. For example: Breakfeast: Bowl of oatmeal iwth side of fruit/yougurt
Lunch: Soup/ salad/sandwhich
Dinner: Spagetti and greens; Bed/day time snack:Fruits/veggies, frozen yougurt-my fav!
Carbs are ok as long as you exersise regularly You can also try special K challenge. Best wishes!

eat low fat or no fat and high fiber, turkey, lean fish, salads veggies tofu and beans like black beans but get the low sodium version or you will retain water. if you drink soda and it is not diet stop now just calories from soda and junk foods cut large amounts of weight. about 5 lbs a week is healthy. drink a glass of skim milk it helps and has lots of calcium and protein, they say it helps lose weight also. do not starve yourself eat many small healthy meals . if you go into 1 meal a day thing you can actually gain weight by messing up metabolism.

Try the fat smash diet. It's the same one used on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club. I have 15 lb in 1 month, my girlfriend has lost 20 in the same time. It really works, and you don't have to starve yourself.

Got access to any good drug connections???
If not, try Adkins. I lost 14 pounds in one month on that... I guess you can't eat chicken, but if you can eat other proteins, then you should be ok.
