if my multivit./mineral supplement makes me hungry, and makes me want to eat more than usual?? i'm trying to keep weight down.. any suggestions?

I want to slim down my hips, but keep the size of my butt and tone it up, and I want hard thighs and bigger calfs.....if I do the stairclimber for 40 min 3 times a week, can I achieve this? ANy other tips?

Whenever i get emotionally stressed I lose a lot of weight, even though I eat the same amount of food as normal, why is this? Does it speed up my metabolism or something? Also how can stress age you?

If i am only eating a very small amount and someday nothing is it possible my metabolism slow down so much that with only 300 kcal in a day i could gain weight.. would i be better off having nothing ( if having more isn't in the equation)?

i am trying to put down at least 5kg in a month.but very much crazy abt sweets i mean anything tat is sweet somtimes i find nothng sweet,i go mad.so now i'm controlling my level best by eatnd fruits and dry fruts.so please help me out to loose weit.i had been walking4half an hour daily sinc the last3weeks and doing ab king pro and weit exercises for my hands still no change.i even sweat out a lot.i am very much deppresd.they gav me big offers tat i will put down 2inchs withn a week if i do abking regularly.but in vain i workd out on it 4 20mts daily.still y no chang in weit and y havnt i dropped my pant size?its all the same even wen i dint do all these exercises.pleeese help.......only informative answers please.........

Look. I've been doing the normal dieting plan for years and I've gaind more weight food-wise than growing-up-wise now I am atualy loosing weight (yahoo) from the Paul McKena food scheme (he dousn't call it a diet because it isn't). You eat wat u want, eat consuasly, when ur hungry go and eat and when you're full, STOP. He sais a lot of jokes on his show. But the background makes my eyes go funny. Which one do you prepher. Normal or PM?

We always here about "health" advisors etc banging on about the excess calorie/fat whatever content of McDonald's meals.. but how do they compare against pizza, fish 'n chips, the curry takeway, the chinese take away, kebabs.. whatever else you can find on the high street that has a take away/delivery service?

I bike about 5~10 miles everyday (Minimum 5 miles) and it takes me about an hour. The track includes about half hills and half flat-way. Is this enough cardio to burn fat?

okay, i am 5'4 - 155 lbs. I workout 4-5 times per week for about 2 hours (cardio and weight training) I also run 3-5 times per week(about 1-3 miles). anyway, this is my diet that i eat now. Anyone know any good meals? anything wrong with this one?

morning - egg beaters with yogurt or oatmeal with yogurt

snack - frut or some tiype of bar

lunch - salad with cheddar cheese and ham cubes

snack - protein bar

dinner - grilled chicken marinated in balsalmic vinegar and hot sauce and broccoli and cheese

snack - varies - not sure what is good
