well.........ive been runnin around the block and playin basketball.......evryday and i cant lose weight i try to eat heathey and work out it no use im fat........................................................

Do exercises....Aerobics exercises....Abdominals exercises.....Swim.....Eat healthy food and eat 3 meals per day with 2 snacks....Drink always water....Don;t drink sodas....And take ur time....I will see the difference...

Here is two things you can do to SERIOUSLY loose "weight."

1. Get a bodyfat scale. Walmart sells them. I bought mine on layaway. How much bodyfat you have, not how much you weigh, is more important.

2. Instead of running, walk around the block wearing a weighted vest. V-MAX is the best. Wearing this vest, with some seriously-heavy weight, WILL drop your body fat quickly, and make you firm and strong. When I did this with my vest, I lost 12.7 pounds of bodyfat in less than 10 days.

it takes time and lots of effort. just continue doing what you do right now, also remember to drink lots of water ;]
