THe best thing to do is eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies, and small portions of everthing else. And move! Just walking around the block a couple of times a day will help. Drink water, no soda's not even diet, my son's g/f stopped drinking soda's, and eating junk food and she has lost 30lb.Even if you are like me and don't like to exercise, just put on some good dance music and bounce around your room like a mad woman, start out with one or two song and add another, and then another, and so on untilyou are dancing for an hour, or even more. And it beats going to the gym and being uncomfortable in front of all those fit people. To me dancing is more fun than lifting weights or walking on a tredmill.

WHENEVER I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT I GO ON A SIMPLE, BUT SAFE DIET. I DRINK ALL THE MILK AND WATER THAT I WANT FOR BREAKFAST AND FOR LUNCH -- AND I ALSO EAT SALAD (W/ LIMITED TOPPINGS) AS WELL FOR LUNCH. THEN I EAT A FULL DINNER. I AM RARELY HUNGRY WITH THIS DIET AND IT SEEMS TO WORK RATHER WELL FOR ME. WHENEVER I GET HUNGRY, I JUST HAVE A LITTLE MILK. OTHERWISE, I GET FULL AT DINNER TIME.
