Look. I've been doing the normal dieting plan for years and I've gaind more weight food-wise than growing-up-wise now I am atualy loosing weight (yahoo) from the Paul McKena food scheme (he dousn't call it a diet because it isn't). You eat wat u want, eat consuasly, when ur hungry go and eat and when you're full, STOP. He sais a lot of jokes on his show. But the background makes my eyes go funny. Which one do you prepher. Normal or PM?
