Thats not a good side effect, I think you should try switching brands, or checking exactly what ingredient is causing you to do that.

Are you sure it's the supplement? Which supplement are you taking? If it's a vitaman supplement and nothing else i.e. Hydroxycut, Hot Rox, Metabolife etc., then there should be no side effects. Have you changed your diet?
Your body will react differently based on the degree to which you've changed. A slow progression is best.
And NOTHING beats exercise. There are no short cuts. It took me a year of steady exercise and proper diet to lose 50 pounds. But I have kept the weight off after trying all kinds of fad diets that only lead me back to where I started.

well, its actually a good thing. but i dont think that mutivitamin/mineral pellets will cause you to have good appetite. if you are hungry, try to eat food with less contain of fat and carbohydrates, such as fresh vegetables, and some fruits (fruits do have quite a high amount of sugar, so take less)
perhaps you can try to do exercise from daily...one hour a day will be adequate. you can break it into seasons like 15 minutes in the morning, afternoon another 15 minutes and 30 minutes by the evening.
if you have increase in appetite, maybe you should try to eat less but in more meals. for instant if you are used to eating 3 times a day, cut the amount and divide them to 5 meals. perhaps you can try to have cereals in the morning, and bring some carrot to work for a break aroun 10am, and in the noon, take something rather heavy, perhaps rice with chicken, and by the evening, have some pieces of crackers or bread. for dinner, try to eat less and light...potatoes with beef and fresh vegetables will do...
i hope i answered your question...i tried my best...hope you are not dissapointed

Jeez..why is it that everyone has to throw religion everywhere?
Anyway, you want vitamins? Eat vegetables, salad, light meat. Vitamins do you no good unless you eat something as well. Just because it says "supplement" doesn't mean that it is your food. You still need to eat.

Try stuff with a low glycaemic index and lots of fibre as well as the supplements.

the answer's in your name. use that to your advantage and have some action with your girl in the morning. good work out and you get something else out of it other than just burning off calories. you'd be killing two birds with one stone.
from my perspective, it DEFINITELY sounds like the best solution for ya!! good luck and have fun!!
