I'm looking for a tetrathlon to train for in Florida, but I'm not in Pony Club anymore (I'm 21). Is there a main tetrathlon website or governing body? Any help would be appreciated!

I workout for about 2-3 hours Mon- Fri at a pretty intense pace, about 2 min rest between each set. I workout a different set of muscles usually each day and start over again each week. IS THIS TOO MUCH??

starting monday, i'm going to try my HARDEST to stay on my workout that i just though of. like once i wake up at 9 or earlier .. to go and walk to the park and back and for about 30 minutes. then eat this basic 4 cereal and water. then later on the day, i plan to do yoga from the tapes one is about 30 minutes and the other one is like an hour and a half. that .. or i can just dance my heart out haha. i'll also eat a small lunch as well dont know yet .. but nothing junky like pizza .. maybe rice or something ..not sure. then later at night i'll go walk again and do some crunches and stuff ... and each week .. i'll change up something or add something .. so if i do this completely .. will i see results soon?

I need some advice on weight loss. This is not a normal situation. I have a condition called ataxia which does not allow me to do normal exercise. I dont move around much at all due to the fact that I have hardly no balance or coordination. My question is should I lower my calories drastically to compensate for the lack of exercise or is there some sort of special supplement I can talk. I know losing weight will help me move better and feel healthy. Please no fad diets.

I am a 5'6" 16 year old girl who weighs 250 and wears a size 20. I have started eating less and cutting out foods, and attempted to run1.6 miles--I can only do it if I stop to walk a lot. How long should this take. I'm going to college next fall--is it possible to lose 100 pounds by then? More? Thanks for your help!

I am having this procedure done on wednesday next, I have considerable weight to lose and wondered what it was like for anyone who has had it done? I will be having the open surgery as opposed to the keyhole method and wonder if anyone has had this particular type of surgery? Also what type of diet will I be on after surgery? What are the pitfalls of this procedure?
