Assuming you mean your forearms, you can do alot of the previous things mentioned: squeeze balls (no pun) and so on but you can also: rest your arm on your leg (sitting in a chair) and do wrist curls with a weight (5 lbs or so).
Rest your arm upside down on your thigh/knee (so palms are face up), you can then lift the weight by curling your wrist up and down.
With any weight trainning remember that form is important. Don't lift weights sloppy and fast, go slowly in a controlled manor.

Grip exercises. There is a thing that you can buy for guitar playerd that works your forearm and fingers, and you can carry it around in your pocket all day and just work on it whenever you have time.

i'm not exactly sure why you would want thick arms, but hey, i hope you find what you are looking for. try some kind of exercise that targets the muscles in your lower arms

you can exercise your forearms
- wrist curls, reverse wrist curls
wringing out a wet towel, squeezing balls, using spring grippers etc
