First let me congradulate you for wanting to get fit! Next, don't over due youself. If you can do all of what you are planning to do great but don't put so much on your plate or you will just end up quiting. Start simple. Walking is great cardio. Add some jogging in there then go back to walking. If you stay at the same pace you will make it very difficult to loose weight. Do intervals. Good luck!

I used to be in Exercise Physiology/ Fitness-Wellness Specialty. We usually saw people drop their plans either when they hit a plateau (Depending on how much you have to lose, you usually lose a whole buch at once -sometimes 10 pounds a week and then that levels off to a couple pounds a week , or you end up gaining wieght for a few weeks because you're gaining more muscle than you are fat -- Think of The Biggest Loser and others), Or they drop the plan because it's too strict and unrealistic. If you can devote yourself to this plan, go for it. But if you see yourself cheating on it in the future, you may want to give yourself some more room. Otherwise, how much you lose depends on how many calories you are taking in and how many you are expending.

how dedicated are you? are you a flake usually - not being mean, just honest? maybe get a buddy, someone that you have to check in with or even work out with.
