I am always thirsty and when I am at a restaurant I will drink sometimes up to 10 soda refills very quickly. Its really bad when I'm at a bar.

That is great important advice about diabetes. I have actually been tested. But my thirst is more than just sodas (diet) and alcohol. I drink constantly. Give me a bottled water and it will be gone in 30 seconds. I don't have a problem with drinking too much water, because it is healthy. The problem is when I decide to drink a diet soda at a restaurant, or hangout and drink a few beers with friends. I still want to hangout with the friends, just drink less.... but my body is telling me to drink more.

water water and more water!! soda dehydrates you really fast, and the more you drink, the worse it gets. its a vicious circle. water is absolutely the best thing. soda once in a while is ok, but stick to diet soda. There is no substitute for water.

ok im sure everyone will agree drink WATER soda DEHYDRATES YOU I THOUGHT EVERYONE KNEW THAT!! haha all that sugar omg... plus caffeine... if u do a clear soda like sprite and its also sugar free diet youll do way better... but 10 sodas with sugar in it means diabetes and diabetes=thirst, just high blood sugar =thirst... and caffeine=dehydration
choose a diff soda or choose water

Switch to water and get tested for diabetes. With a high sugar intake, you are susceptible to diabetes and one of the early warning sign is unquenchable thirst.

drink water, alcohol and soda are dehydrating to your system, and it's craving water so you want to drink more, but if you aren't drinking enough water you will not quench your thirst, if you can't stand water drink propel or gatorade or something like that.
