I workout for about 2-3 hours Mon- Fri at a pretty intense pace, about 2 min rest between each set. I workout a different set of muscles usually each day and start over again each week. IS THIS TOO MUCH??

Nope as long as your not repeating the same exercises over and over.

You really only need 30 - mins to an hour of workout a day , U dont want to push yourself to far , bc then you'll get to the point , where working out will become a chore and also , its not good to work out that long for the fact that your body will get to the point that it wont be working as well anymore, but I give you a pat on the back for such hard work !! and thats good u take 2 days off , so your body is at least getting a rest .

Yeah, it's too much. You only need a certain amount of sets for each muscle group. If you do more than that, you're just burning calories, which is cool, too, but if you're just body building, try to do the proper number of sets and reps for each muscle group and don't forget to alternate the days you work these muscles out because they really really really need to recover for you to get the best out of your workouts. =)
