I already blew diet earlier today with chips but im really craving kfc fried chicken, plus I need protein, im going through drive through then going grocery shopping and getting all diet foods!!!

had it last night it was gREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTt and well worth it, back on diet today:)
also had after it ONE scoop of vanilla icecream and pomegranate and blueberry wine cooler

don't consider it blowing your diet..diets DON'T work..they do in the short term, but if you deprive yourself of the foods you love, you'll only cheat...the best way is work in some changes to your diet..if you want KFC, get it..just don't eat an entire bucket of chicken...go for the chicken breast...there are healthier ways to eat at any restaurant.

Ooooh, KFC is rough. How about stopping by the store and grabbing a salad mix w/some chicken? You can put some almonds, rice noodle or cashews or something crunchy on the top to add some kick. Good luck. It's tough. I had a bunch of mexican food last night, now trying to make up with some (relatively) healthy sandwiches.

when we deprive ourselves of things for so long it is instinct to get it and overdose. Even in the best weight watching programs you can have anything but portion is key. a taste of it a taste..go ahead and have it but protion is key.. a bite .. to satisfy the depriving urge. but dont forget protein stops the carb and fat cravings and snack cravings so drink a yummi protein shake by prolab or whey in strawberry or pudding flavor it fills u up protein should be for maintenace of life 1 gram per pounf of body weight.. now if ur 200 # then go for 3-4 serving a day sixe of your palm for guide lines. turkey is high chicken breast without bein fried tho, tuna eggs but eat your foods u like but just a taste. like if u ate the breat at kfc skip the bread gravy and potato and biscuit knowledge of whts in it helkps breading is a carb the grease u got it with fried ( that turns to brown fat in ur body never gets rif of) is another carb or 2 and then skip soda another carb and remember all sugar turns into fat.. protein shakes for you twice a day an carry beef jerky around too for snaks and your cravings of gunk and carbs will go away in time . the good diet is 1 protein to 2 carbsw and a veg is considered a carb .. green beans and salad are low carbs but peas corn are atrocious carbs! like soda. live without it.. better to eat a raw snap pea then cooked ones no nutritional value.. lok at your cereal box theres a pyramid eat what it suggests.. but again portion is not 1 cup its half cup.. skip buffet dinners but if u go there a spoonful of things a taste ..a bite and a taste of this and that should satisy u when ur on a good program of protein and enuf.. eat breakfast tho.. dont wait till 1 or 2 pm and binge. small snax till lunch like apple cut up rasins to hold ya over.

Just because you want chicken doesn't mean you have to have KFC. It's VERY VERY bad for you. Heart attack food, I call it. If you want chicken, make your own. Grill it, bake it, cook it in a pan with water and spices and cover it and let it smother. Mmmmm....:)

Diet means a way of life . if you think you should go only eat a little sank and don`t make it a habit!!!!!
