I'm on a restricted diet and I'm going to add back either wheat or corn (i was testing if i was allergic to either of them, and i'm not nor am i gluten-intolerant)
which is better for your body and health?

I have been doing a vigorous workout that goes for 40 mins, 5 times a week. I have been doing it for nearly 2 years. I had always remembered by heart what to do during my workout (like which exercises) but recently I have had trouble remembering my exercise. Like I would do one particular exercise, but even though I do it correctly, after the exercise I get a strange feeling that is asking me, "did I really just exercised?"

My forgetting that if I done my exercises or not has become troublesome, especially the past few months. I end up over doing my exercises yet still keep thinking I have not done them. I made out a checklist of the exercises to be done and I have checked them off... but later I still get that annoying feeling I may not have done them at all... or haven't I?

Does anyone else have this trouble with their exercise?!

i tried a lot. i did yog, i did stretching.even reduced my diet to the minimum my body could afford,but with no result.i have seen people reducing within 15 days.what could be the reason for nill response by my body?

If you had to eat this EVERYDAY, could you handle it:

Breakfast: Tub of yoghurt
Lunch: Soup with 2 slices of wholemeal toast
Dinner: Beans & lentils

No snacks, only drinking water and herbel teas?

Niacin increase blood flow to the skin, right? So would it make you erection bigger and your circulatory system better for sports. Does it make your veins bigger? I know it cause a flushing to the skin and red kinda itchy skin but is that good, How much is good to take for a 150lbs teenager?

My friend and i are both trying to lose weight. I'm trying to lose 25 pounds and shes trying to lose 50. Now shes doing it the wrong way ,she's only eating 1 meal a day or some times 2 and she exercises. I've tried to tell her not to go about it that way but she won't listen. can she really lose weight that way?
