Is it worth buying one and if so did you see any rezults?

I have one and I love it. I keep it in the living room in front of the TV and use it all the time. The only problem I have with it is that it is not comfortable to stand on without shoes and I prefer to be barefoot all of the time. Consequently I have wash cloths on the foot parts.

I have the one with the black shock absorber things on it. I like it I found it used in the paper, very cheap that way, It works if you use it and little kids just love it

I have one and I love it. I had big thighs when I got it though and it made me sore rubbing my legs together. But once I firmed up some it was better. I still use it. It's good for the price.

No no no. I do not like this machine it sucks. It is very flimsy. You should look it an eliptical machine. They are much better.

Buy it. Park it in front of the tv. Use it (at your own pace). IT WORKS!!

well i dont but i do go to the gym to work out and keep my packs in tack
