i tried a lot. i did yog, i did stretching.even reduced my diet to the minimum my body could afford,but with no result.i have seen people reducing within 15 days.what could be the reason for nill response by my body?

eat salads, cut out refined sugars.. eat less calories, dont drink anything but water. and just a word of advice, you can tone up your body, but don't think you can select where u lose weight from ;p

Do situps, do the hula-hoop. Take a look at your diet, cut out the refined sugars, eat more fruits to get your raw sugars. Some people are made to loss or gain weight less easily than some other people. If all fails, maybe you should accept your body for what it is and stay confident =)

When you want to lose weight in a specific area, diet is not the answer, exercise is. Go to this site to see exercises designed specifically for the waist.

Please note, it is unrealistic to expect to lose 3 inches in 15 days. Just work at it and you will lose it but not that fast.

try reducing your meal size eg-instead of putting meal on a lge dinner plate put it on a smaller plate try grain or wholemeal bread with fine scraping of marg lower your cooking fats by half the amount dont eat as much fried foods (eg-instead of battered fish grill it ) eat small frequent meals
a corset pulled in tighter wear it all the time
or if all else fails try a plastic surgeon
