I think they can.....these drinks are loaded with sugar and caffeine....When my youngest daughter drinks any energy drink,she gets high on the drink and gets the shakes....I wouldn't say,thats normal....The high is from the high % of sugar and the shakes are from the high% of caffeine....I would stay alway from all energy....

I don't see those energy drinks being healthy at all. If it were healthy for you, why would they have to sell it seperately from fruits and vegetables? Also, I have seen a lot of people have big problems while drinking that crap.

Most of the new energy drinks contain caffeine. So if you drink them regularly it can cause heart palpitations and sleeping problems etc... It's like drinking coffee.

Anything that has high levels of caffeine and loads of sugar can't be good for you. Like cats who drink Jolt, puts on the pounds.

But, if you are moderate in swilling...just watch out because they can be addictive, in the sense that the body's reward system will crave what gets it off.

which ones? need brand names... there are natural fruit juices and milk based ones out there..... Which are you asking about?
