suck it in all day..and the whole eat and vommit thing works too..just like all the "cool" celebrities

tummy? ok no.1 go to a gym and get a personal trainer...
no.2 don't eat the whole refridgerator...
no.3 when u think ur hungry drink some water... making sure u still have 3 meals a day...

Do like me, eat ONLY when your hungry, and STOP when u get full when u feel full, thats the time to stop. your stomach will eventually get smaller u will notice to eat less but if u do this for a long time, and just suck your stomach in all the time you will eventually have a six pack to an eight pack and your stomach will only be about the size of your stomach or just a little bigger.

By not eating or operation to staple your stomach....I heard this is pretty dangerest....You could start a work-out program and stick with it and eat at least 5 or 6 small meals a day....

wear clothes that make u luk slimmer !!!and if it"s a real big tommy then excercising and a nutritious diet can help u (but remembr u can't afford to leave fud totally)
olso just stay cool and dont think about it evrytym!:;;;;;;

u can get one of those tight undergarments targeted for the tummy...to make it seem 'flat' and 'small'. they seem to work!

watch what you put into your mouth, and how you put it in there. and hard work, crunches., fitness work. if these seems too hard, get a lipo.
