I have a medium frame, weigh 112 lbs, and am 5'2'' tall. I run 5 to 7 miles a day and consume 1200 to 1300 calories a day. Is this enough or too much or too little? I'm not trying to lose or gain weight.

I already eat around 1200 calories a day and run 5 to 7 miles a day. Are there any foods I could encorporate in my meals that will speed up my metabolism so I'm hungry more often? (I never seem to be hungry, that's why I'm asking.)

A Sandwhich that contains..
Whole Wheat Bread
w/mustard (no mayo)
ham&turkey(healthy choice brand)
cheese
&lettuce

[And water to drink]

i have huge ribs and they stick out, if i wear a tight shirt it makes me look fat, is there a way to make them smaller without surgery???

I do 2x RPM classes, 1x Bodypump, 1x Bodybalance and i used to play tennis 1 night a week but now thats over i am going to start going to the gym that night too as well as 1 more extra day. Equals 5-6 times a week.

my daughter is a wise-a$$ and she swears at me alot.
i want to show her who's boss and place her in boot-camp for a year.
in the boot camp you do thousands of pushups, crunches, squats, leglifts, tons of running, biking, and swimming every day.
you eat 2-3 times per day.
and, in the boot-camp, you only get 7 hours of sleep each night
the pamphlet says "when the kids finally return back home, they'll never disrespect you ever again."

Hey guys...i am 16 yr old girl - 5'7'' and a very muscular 135 pounds. When looks are discussed around my friends and me, i am always complimented on how muscular/skinny I am...but, in secrecy...they don't know my biggest insecurities. I have always had a gut and have never liked being in a baithing suit particularly because of my belly. I do about 100 situps a day mixed with 100 other reps of different ab workouts. I have been playing sports my whole entire life and exercise every single day. No matter how much I exercise, I still look the same. I wouldn't describe myself as fat, but rather as someone who could shed 5-10 pounds. If I lost that weight, I would much more confident and secure. I don't know what to do and I eat moderately healthy for my age. I don't drink soda nor eat large amounts of sugar. I never eat fast food and when we go out to eat, i eat nothing fried or greasy. I don't know what to do and I need advice. Can anyone help me out?

swim: 4.9 miles
bike: 224 miles
run: 52 miles

in our city they're having this competition.
my daughter is very fit.. she runs 5 miles/day.
she told me about this... she wants to do this triathlon.
i told her "its very difficult" but she said she'll get through it.
the triathalon will take her at least 18 hours (average time)
i dont know if i should let her do this.
i am her mother, and i dont want her to be in pain.
idk... im confused. should i allow her to start training for this huge event?

I need to lose weight for a wedding next month. So far I have lost 15lbs over the course of the last 3 months but now I have to up the weightloss a little to fit into the bridesmaid dress.
How does this diet sound? I know it is very restrictive but oh well. I have to include some carbs or I get very lightheaded.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal. 1 piece of small fruit
Snack: Celery w/ low fat peanut butter
Lunch: Spinach salad w/ mushrooms, chickpeas, egg and a sprinkling of sunflower seeds.
Snack: Tomato w/mustard
Dinner: Baked fish (about 6 oz) w/ steamed veggies.
Dessert: 1/2 cup sugar free applesauce
Snack: 12 raw almonds

I will also be doing cardio for 45 minutes 4-5 days a week
Strength training 2-3 times a week for 30 minutes

How much weight do you think I will lose?
I am 5'5" and 142 lbs.

Hi, So I am really curious to know if anyone knows of any places that have yoga classes. I live in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts and am looking for a class as close by as possible but am willing to drive a few extra miles if its a really good class. So if theres actually someone out there that is from this area and knows anything then please let me know....Thanks so much!
