thinking about trying it out if anyone has had good results with this i have about 30 to 40 lbs to loose

There are several Low Carb Diets out there,
Years ago I used the Drinking Man's Diet
You could only have 60 Grams of Carbs
A day - all the drinks you wanted (NO CARBS)
Steaks,Greens,Eggs,and all the veggies You
wanted - I Walked and lost 40 pounds

Yes, it works very well but you also have to excercise which is diffcult to do when you have no carbs in your system. If you find you can still function on a low to no carb diet you'll have great results.

Low carb diets are stupid your body need good carbohydrates, just cut out all the bad ones such as sugar white bread/pasta/Rice. You don't need a diet you just need moderation and a healthy diet and exercise.
