I do 2x RPM classes, 1x Bodypump, 1x Bodybalance and i used to play tennis 1 night a week but now thats over i am going to start going to the gym that night too as well as 1 more extra day. Equals 5-6 times a week.

that is definatly more than enough. about four is good. u need to give ur body a chance to recover. try working urs self really hard 3 times a week and then doing gentle exercise on the other days
its really up to u and what ur body can handle

5 to 6 days is what you should do.
