Hey guys...i am 16 yr old girl - 5'7'' and a very muscular 135 pounds. When looks are discussed around my friends and me, i am always complimented on how muscular/skinny I am...but, in secrecy...they don't know my biggest insecurities. I have always had a gut and have never liked being in a baithing suit particularly because of my belly. I do about 100 situps a day mixed with 100 other reps of different ab workouts. I have been playing sports my whole entire life and exercise every single day. No matter how much I exercise, I still look the same. I wouldn't describe myself as fat, but rather as someone who could shed 5-10 pounds. If I lost that weight, I would much more confident and secure. I don't know what to do and I eat moderately healthy for my age. I don't drink soda nor eat large amounts of sugar. I never eat fast food and when we go out to eat, i eat nothing fried or greasy. I don't know what to do and I need advice. Can anyone help me out?
