Hey guys...i am 16 yr old girl - 5'7'' and a very muscular 135 pounds. When looks are discussed around my friends and me, i am always complimented on how muscular/skinny I am...but, in secrecy...they don't know my biggest insecurities. I have always had a gut and have never liked being in a baithing suit particularly because of my belly. I do about 100 situps a day mixed with 100 other reps of different ab workouts. I have been playing sports my whole entire life and exercise every single day. No matter how much I exercise, I still look the same. I wouldn't describe myself as fat, but rather as someone who could shed 5-10 pounds. If I lost that weight, I would much more confident and secure. I don't know what to do and I eat moderately healthy for my age. I don't drink soda nor eat large amounts of sugar. I never eat fast food and when we go out to eat, i eat nothing fried or greasy. I don't know what to do and I need advice. Can anyone help me out?

To actually burn that fat you need to do some cardio, sweat it out and then it will go away. I also recommend one of those wraps you wrap around your stomache that makes the water weight go away when you excersize. All those situps are giving you muscles, but are not going to make the fat go away. I think you are eating right but it might be hereditary as well. Does one of your parents have a big belly? Just don't worry about it, everyone has insecurities, and do a lot of cardio. Running should be good. Good luck!

I'm 14 and male. I have the same problem. My abs are fairly strong. If you told me to do situps I could probobly do them at a rate of 40 per minute and keep going like that for 5 to 10 minutes. I do have some extra belly. Once i did a lttle experiment. I didn't eat for one day And my belly shrank by about an inch. What i recommend is that if you are going to be wearing a bikini or anything that shows your belly than just try to eat very little the day before. Works for me when I want to go swimming, Don't do this everyday though. You are at a healthy weight. Not eating as much as you usually do for one day every so often won't hurt you or harm your health. Unless you overdo it. Hope this helps. Oh And try to drink anywhere from1 to 1and half gallons of water each day.

consume healthily, drink various water and get adequate sleep. a solid tip for dropping weight is turning out to be to be vegetarian or vegan. (once I grew to become vegan i lost some stone in 4 weeks.) attempt diverse cardio workouts like working or workouts. As for the bipolar that is probable purely temper swings, yet once you have project i could defientley evaluate speaking to a college coaching counseller or your mom and dad. Oh and bio oil facilitates to vanish scars, and in case you don have any bio oil, lemon juice helped my scars to vanish :) xx

That's the exact wieght you're supposed to be@! I think? You should drink 4-8 gallons of water a day and that will shed the wieght FAST!!!!

Maybe you just aren't meant to lose that weight. Don't push it. It sounds to me like you're already doing everything that's possible, what could you do to change it?

your doing all the right things however you need alittle sugar and fast food in your life too,the best way to get your belly down is to use a detox program which you can get at your chemist or drug store it will definately do the trick

find the right diet for your individual body because there are many ways are there to lose weight just find what works for you
