see i am not fat i see my self just perfect but lately i have notice i have been eating like crazy i cant stop and its really bothering my boyfriend! ive been wanting to eat a lot. i am not hungry but when someone is infront of me eating i eat and eat, now its getting to me , what can i do . please help?

I have tried it several times before and have lost only a few pounds. I got discouraged quickly and gave up. Now I need to try something because the things I have done since have not worked out at all.
I figure Weight Watchers is the only diet that I can still pretty much eat whatever I want without actually having to give up stuff. I went to the meetings and then there were times when I did it alone for a few weeks without the meetings and that actually worked out better for me.
I'm curious as to other people who have joined Weight Watchers and how your experience was.

I dont eat meat anymore. After yrs of eating it i grew tired of it and gave it up months ago. And have been mostly eating different varieties of pasta, fruits, veggies and nuts. Is this healthy and effective in losing weight?

About 2-3 years ago, upon entering college, my twin sister and I started dieting together and were probably on the verge of developing eating disorders. We're both 5'4" and I got down to about 82lbs while my sister dropped below 70lbs. During the past year, we've been eating more heathily and gained back most of the weight. After a while, I stopped gaining weight and am fairly satisfied with my current weight.

However, my sister has been complaining about not being to stop her weight gain after already gaining nearly 40lbs. She's even reverted to eating nothing but salad leaves (with 0-calorie mustard) but is still gaining about 2lbs/week. Clearly, her metabolism is damaged worse than mine was.

Sorry about the rambling post, but the question is this. How can my sister repair her metabolism? When will she stop inexplicably gaining weight? Is there some supplements she can take? She doesn't want to eat nothing but leaves forever.

Im not so much concerned with losing weight fast, although that would be nice, I would like to take the weight off gradually while keeping my health intact. I have already decided to start eating more veggies/fruit and drinking lots of water, any other suggestions? I have a 2 month old so I am very limited with exercise. I have about 65-70lbs to shed, some baby weight/some not. Please help, I'm getting married in NOVEMBER and would like to be more beautiful than I am now for my wedding.

I have a big belly since I was a kid, and my mother says it will go away when i grow up, which it didn't... I don't think I'm fat, in fact I'm a type that doesn't grow fat.. I'm 170cm but I only weights 52kg, which is underweight for most standards, the only problem is that because I'm skinny and I have a big belly, it looks really obvious and ugly, I tried doing some sit ups everyday but it just doesn't go away... sometimes when I have an empty stomach and I'm very hungry, my belly vanishes, it only comes out (big) when I eat something.. I know its natural that when you eat something your stomach become bigger, but for my case my stomach become as huge as a ball which looks very strange and ugly from side view.. any opinion?

I am slim every where else accept the inner and outer thigh. I look like I have a violin for thighs....anyway its kinda genetic as my mom has them too. I would like to know if anyone knows any good exercises that will target that area.

I currently don't exercise much.
