I'm starting now (midnight) and not stopping until I lose 30 pounds.

What do you do to keep yourself on the diet?

i have my husband work with me...no fatty foods, no junk, keep thinking about that shopping spree you will be going on once all thw weight is off

Think abt d beautiful body ull have if ur able to maintain it for a long time, and is it worth succumbing to d temptations. U may find dis a lil difficult initially but slowly ull start luvin ur routine n d improvements wich ull see will further motivate u.

its good to have a partner doing this with you to motivate you but the first couple of wks r the hardest.
