Yes, me and my mom joined WW a few years ago. It did work! But it was too far for us to drive to meetings and got kind of costly. It took a little while to get going on the weight loss, but I did lose 10lbs during the time I was there. The people are very supportive, so I would recommend it to others. The only thing I got bored with, was always counting my food. But they have since changed the ways they do it. I would definitely join with someone, though. That way you don't slack as much. I'd say preferibly with someone in your home, so that you can both watch what you buy and eat together. I truthfully didn't know if the meetings encouraged me more or not to lose weight quicker. I'm the hardheaded type, so if I don't want to stay with something that I don't like, I won't.

I used Weight Watchers and stayed motivated by why I wanted to lose weight. I also was doing it with my Mom and her and I were each others foundation, which helped. I lost 30 lbs, made a bad decision and transferred colleges, being away from my foundation, going more in debt, and medical reasons made the move a bad choice all the way around and after a few weeks I stopped going to the meetings and gained the weight back. Looking back I really wish I hadn't and now I can't get as motivated as I was before. I think you really need to have a foundation of some sort whether its a dream that keeps you grounded or a friend or family member.

Weight Watchers worked great for my mom! She lost 100 lbs. over about 1 year.
I'm like you, though. It wasn't the best plan for me. I tried the Trim Body System by Trim Advantage and got the results I wanted. I lost 12 lbs. in the first week and 30 lbs. in the first 60 days. I was never hungry because it had me eating all the time. It's 100% natural and much like Weight Watchers in that you eat what you want, just healthy.
Good luck!

sure I've been to Weight Watchers and had luck. I suppose adore it's the pleasant weight loss plan round. You're consuming quite often simply looking component sizes. Nothing is fairly off limits and that maintains you from feeling so disadvantaged. It's additionally to be had on-line now which makes it so easy if it is rough so that you can attend the conferences. Good Luck.

You don't need weight watchers..you need to exercise....if you do cardio exercise you can eat whatever you want and feel good about it too.
By the way I didn't like the answer you gave to my question yesterday. Did you answer that way because it was different than the other answers or because you really believe what you said? If you really believe it, and so firmly, will you tell me why?
