I've been running on the treadmill for about a month..but I still feel like I'm not getting any better. I still get tired after running for about 2 minutes..so I just walk. I'm not really fat, 5'11", 198..but I have some extra meat around my belly I wanna loose. I usually walk 2 minutes on 3 or 4, then attempt 2 minutes on 6..for about 15-20 minutes total . I've been going to teh gym regularly...but its not getting any easier. Should I take it down another notch and work myself up slower? What should I do?

For someone my age(15) what is some good ways to diet? Anything that will make you lose weight rapidly? Besides pills?

Right now I am about 185 and eating way too much during dinner and after lunch. I like eating good foods and its hard for me to stop with one serving with something that is good.
I just need some ideas on how to continue to enjoy food without overeating.
**I will not do a food-restriction diet (besides chips etc).

I run 20 to 30 miles a week but am quite winded after about 10 minutes of jumping rope. So I'm guessing it burns quite a few calories. Am I right? About how many calories would I burn jumping rope at a moderate speed for 30 minutes?

ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE!!!I have never been an exercise buff ,so running and anything too vigorous is not realistic for me. Can you suggest certain foods to eat and to stay away from. Certain exercises and how long? How many times a week?

Anytime I'm bored and not entertaining myself I eat, I think about food all of the time. I've gained like 5 pounds in the last month since this has been happening. I try to stop eating so much but the food is in front of me and it looks so good, i cant resist. Any advice?

I dont consider yself overweight but when I see my arms it makes me look like it. Remember Hilary Duff back then when she was a little cubby. My arms look exactly like hers.
