Make sure you are drinking enough water, and stay away from caffeine. It sounds strange to drink a lot of water, when bloating is actually caused by water retention. But staying hydrated is the best way to make your body not retain water. Also, don't eat too many salty foods, salt also makes you retain water. We all need some salt, but most of us get too much from eating bad foods, like fast foods and chips and junk, and processed foods, like canned soups or frozen dinners.
P.S.- Don't take water pills, they can be dangerous. Only take them if your doctor recommends it.

I have same prob... birth control like depo provera can do it... also its IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) I took equalactin for that, sometimes pepto bismol......
maybe suddenly lactose intolerant.... I cut out dairy and havent had a prob, but dairy is my favorite so its sux, so I rather eat dairy n maybe take "lactaid" (chewable tablets u eat before u eat dairy then ur fine) havent tried it yet.junk food does it too, everything is treated now with so many hormones that make us all sick..... believe it or not eating MORE fiber helps!!

Cut back on your salt intake and also don't eat any bread for a few days... Eat chicken and veggies, and fruit raw if you can.. And drink water instead of sodas and other carbonated drinks... Get exercise if you are not already...
