I dont consider yself overweight but when I see my arms it makes me look like it. Remember Hilary Duff back then when she was a little cubby. My arms look exactly like hers. I want arms like lindsay lohan and nicole richie. I want to look really thin. I know what most of you are gonna say thats not healthy, you want to look anorexic?! all that crap. Please I really hate my arms what should I do? I have weights and all but what kind of excercises do I do with them. Any advice. tips would be fine. Please giv e me answers not opinions.

Do bicep curls and tricep lifts with your weights. Pushups are great for arms as well. You'll also have to do cardio to get rid of the fat covering your muscles.

you're the one that asked about the nicole/lindsay thing. If I were you I wouldn't want to be like any of those people, just be yourself and you'll feel better for it. Why do you want thinner arms, why don't you just work on getting healthy arms. Go to your local gym or even maybe at your school (I don't know you or where you are so I can't help in that department) and ask someone about your situation and hopefully someone would be able to help you, just please don't stop eating or anything cause I've taken health class enough times to know that that is certainly not what you want to do. Oh and Hilary Duff looked more healthy before she got super thin.

do those things where you hold your arms straight out to your sides like outstretched wings and slowly bring the arms down but keep the part from the shoulder to the elbow in place do about a hundred of those everyday while holding 3-pound weights to keep your arms from getting too wiggly.p.s. dont do pushups youll get manly( and the fake ones dont work) and one more thing ewwwww why nicole and lindsay they look horribly anorexic and sick, and i think the cubby look was cute for hilary.

Tricep curls and bicep curls. I would suggest going to a gym even if just for a short while to get a personal trainer to show you how to exersize your arms. Then do it at home.

dont starve yourself whatever you do.... You dont want to look like ho han, and nicole. guys dont find that attractive, you should just eat healthy things and exercise go swimming etc
