There are some gizmos at the gym that exercise your arms but do it at the upper arm area so you don't have to use your wrists.

Since you have carpal tunnel, you should see an exercise expert. Call around to physical therapists and tell them what you want. Around here, and hour with a P.T. costs $30.

You should try doing pilates exercise with the stretch bands, that would certainly tone your arms without the need for the weights.

Well you don't want to lift or pull too much to aggravate things. I would say alot of stretches and muscle flexing, yoga movements, and walking while swinging your arms to get movement.

Maybe use arm supports and do push ups
