i'm 12 years old and i whigh 100 pdz and im tall(5'5) and im skinny but i thank i need to go on a dite and i'm with this hot guy every day amost because of ball and he likes me but i'm fat! well really skinny but my weight is horrible and i need help!

ok first i want to tell you that it sounds like to me you are heading down a road you do not need to be on...first you are to young to be having a serious relationship with any boy.. another you should not worry about your weight when you say yourself you are skinny.. eat proper meals and get enough exercise... do not be so fast to grow up and think about what you are doing and thinking about...think about the consequences of things before you do them... what is the worst thing that could happen if you do this or that??? believe me some teenagers get into far more than they set out to do and end up paying for it the rest of their life...a boy should like you for who you are and what you are inside instead of how skinny you are....i use to be there and just wanted to be thin and i almost died cause of it...just get exercise daily and eat proper meals and try to stay away from junk food ...try to slow down and be young and not be in such a hurry to go all out with boys and things of that natuire.. i know i raised 7 boys and they can go through girls and really they do not think as girls do.. they just want them for pleasures for a time at least until they are older and more mature...have fun and enjoy your young life and do not make such a big thing about weight...try to be nice , sweet , fun to be with kind of girl...let them know you want respect for who you are.....

Your weight does not always say how fit you are. This is a good thing to remember Muscle weighs more than fat. So if you are in really good shape you more likely are just alot of muscle. But if you are worried about you weight the best thing to do is to try and eat something healthy for breakfast (but make sure you eat) and the same for dinner and lunch don't try to lose weight fast or to skip eating. If you do that then when you stop dieting you will just gain it all back.

Are you saying 100 pounds? W/e Your 12 yrs old, 100 pounds is not fat, trust me. You don't need to go on a diet. Just act like yourself around the guy you like and try to get to know more and say that you like him. But SERIOUSLY, 100 pounds is not fat.

You are only 12, you are not fat by any means. You still have to give your body time to mature. A womans body wont stop until she is about 18-20. So relax. If he is worried about how you look, forget about him, he is an ***, plain and simple. Besides, you are too young to worry about dating and all that stuff. Play ball, get your homework done, eat well. Have fun.

oh hun weight shouldnt be a problem when u only weigh 100 pounds i mean trust me i weigh 105 and yeah sure i wish were smaller but honestly guys do not like really skinny gurls they usually like gurls with weight (but not too much) on 'em. you are not fat if ur 5'5 and 100 lbs. dont worry(it causes problems).

My dear, you are not fat in the least! And, at 12 years old you should not be going on a diet because you are still growing and you could stunt your growth!

hon, dont put your age weight and height on the internet. and try gaining muscle instead of losing fat. (if you have any) work out daily, but dont do cardio. do weight machines, free weights, sit ups, crunches, chin ups, whatever you want. you're too skinny to want to lose pounds. If you work out, muscle weighs more than fat and you'll "weigh" more but look better ant be in better shape.

you said your really skinny but your fat?

that makes no sense...if this guy cant like you for being the way you are...then he shoudl just die... dont change for him your only 12...going on a diet can lead you to other eeating disorders that can kill you...dont start dieting noww...wait till you are older and at least fat...thats thin for your height dear dont diet..youll kill yourself for a boy

If you are skinny you aren't overweight! 5'5" and 100 pounds is perfectly fine.
