You should go to the ER because 15 minutes is way too long. I hope you are gone by now, stop reading and go.

I swear internet people are crazy.

You have whats known as runners induced asthma

I used to get that but only in extreme weather, i.e; really hot, but more so really cold. I was a distance runner for ten years before I had too many knee injuries.

It all depends on the symptoms.

Exercise-induced asthma (EIA) is a bronchospasm or tightness in the chest caused by exercise and can be triggered by sudden changes in temperature (hot, humid, cold) or particles (pollen, smoke) in the air. See your doctor, who can prescribe an inhaler or bronchodilator to relax the airways.

After running you should slow down your run before you start walking near the end, you need to bring your breathing and heart rate back to a reasonable rate before you start walking.

When running use the "talk test" if you are running and you cant say 3-5 words in between breaths then you are running TOO hard. If you are doing training intervals, then get advice on how to do them properly and safely.

You might be having an asthma attack, you should go to the doctors right away because if you do have a asthma attack it can be very serious and you could die without help, i remember someone died in the NFL because of that. Stay on the safe side and go to ER.

Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) is a group of hereditary connective tissue disorders characterized by defects of the major structural protein in the body (collagen). Collagen, a tough, fibrous protein, plays an essential role in “holding together,” strengthening, and providing elasticity to bodily cells and tissues. Due to defects of collagen, primary EDS symptoms and findings include abnormally flexible, loose joints (articular hypermobility) that may easily become dislocated; unusually loose, thin, “stretchy” (elastic) skin; and excessive fragility of the skin, blood vessels, and other bodily tissues and membranes. see a doctor soon, all i can do sorry, wish i could explain it better

Go to the ER! Maybe you ran more than you're used to. Ask your doctor about it.
