I see my family for first time in two years and am hoping to shed a few poound between now and then. I have a window of about 3 weeks. Any ideas for losing about 5-10 pounds? I don't need to loose a lot.

Go to the gym! Do five minutes of cardio to get your heart rate going, then do some weights, and finally do about a half hour of cardio. You will shed pounds quickly this way (I did).

Also, be thoughtful about what you eat. Try to take on more fresh fruits and veggies and fewer heavier items. (Dunkin Donuts will NOT help you lose weight!)

I don't think you need to lose weight though. I think you're gorgeous.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I lost over 100 pounds about 10 years ago! Drink plenty of water, cut out most beef, it's naturally a fatty food that u can't take the fat out. Eat chicken, fish, lots of salads, it's summer so that makes it easier, some kind of exercise, walking, biking, swimming, or just 15 to 20 minutes a day on plain old exercise!

Eat for the first day for all three meals 2 starches and 2 fruits. Then for the next six days eat 1 starch, 1dairy, and 1 fruit for breakfast. Then for lunch and dinner eat 3 vegetables, 3 staches, and 1 fruit. First magazine guarantees that you will lose 8 lbs. that week. The most effective way is to starve yourself....but i STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND IT because u can get sick very quickly and 4 nothing so i recommend somth. that really worked 4 me:
in the morning drink milk at lunch eat salad and soup(without meat ..if u really want meat than don't boil it in the same pot with the soup)and at diner caw cheese .......after breakfast 2 hours after eat a fruit salad and 2 ours later u can have lunch ...2 hours after lunch another salad of fruits and 2 hours after salad diner...don't eat after 6 pm .....don't eat sweets ,bananas,grapes and do exercises...That's all...i hope u lose weight this way because i know i did ...Good Luck :*

since you are wanted to lose weight in three weeks.
don't eat anything after 8 pm. drink lots and lots of water. eat smaller meals and excerice for about thirty minutes to a hour a day

Keep track of everything you eat by writing it down. Figure out how many calories you are taking in. For a woman, never fall below 1500 calories you will lose muscle.

See below site. Fasting is fastest way with info on it by 8 MDs but it also has info about eating right and best exercise to get faster metabolism. Learn these and you will never need to worry about this again.
