I play Linebacker in High school, i'm a sophomore, but i was struck with a back injury debilitating me for the entire season...I gained weight and lost muscle. fast.

I currently Sway in weight from 160-170. I eat decently healthy...However I normally will have a large sandwich or go out for fast food once a week. This is where my weight sways....

Im not fat, i can bench my weight again atleast (Was down from 220 bench, shot up from 140 bench back to 170 in about a month.) However my arms are staying very small. With the size of my chest it seems somewhat odd.

My question is how can i rebuild my muslce, Slim down a bit (More gain pec muscle and abs back - I am starting on Whey Protein this week)

I am not a huge fan of wheat bread, and thought this might be a good substitute if it was still good for you nutritionally.

Hi, I am a 16 year old girl, 5'3, and 173 pounds. I really need to lose some weight. Im not about to ask for a miracle, i know it will take a lot of effort to lose weight. But now, I have finally found the motivation and drive for me to actually do it this time. So, my plan is to start eating healthy, eating little about five times a day, adding up to only 1000 calories. Then, i plan to workout about 2 hours every day, and about 4 hours on the weekends. When i workout, i am going to go on the tredmill or the eliptical, or both, notthing else. How long will it actually take for me to lose about 50 pounds if i stick with this diet and workout plan?

I think my problem is not just mine. This happens to many people.Last year I was 58kg,now I am 67kg,this is terrible.I eat almost all the time.Overeating is not a result of family, school or love problems contrariwise the only problem in my life is my weight.Every day I plan to stop eating when I am not hungry, put I always fail.I don't know how to be strongly determined to stop overeating.I always give up before food. Now food for me is a kind of "drug".Please do you know any way of resolving this problem? What should I do?How can I turn in my "old" weight???

I do about 100 of crunches everyday, and various other ab exercises. I can see a 2 pack when i flex in the middle but not in my upper or lower abs. How do i exercise those and also get faster results overall

okay. this is about my weight. and concerns.
see, i'm 14, 5"8, and 122 lbs. my mother took me to this.. ornagic, health specialest person, of whom made a comment, highly suggesting that i'm overweight. i've been worrying about it since. i know it doesn't matter what others think, but, if i /am/ overweight, i'd like to fix that. or if somehow i'm underweight. i want to be healthy..
opinions?

so this is my routine and take into consideration that i go to school all 5 days!
Monday afterschool: gym (no cardio workout, just bench and weight lifting)
Tuesday afterschool: same as monday
Wednesday afterschool: same as monday
Thursday afterschool: soccer training
Friday afterschool: work at an internationally renowned fast-food chain.
Saturday: proper soccer league match, but depends if coach plays me.
Sunday: only free day, relax or other stuff
some unfortunate weeks im not able to go to gym at all!!
okay now i'll get to the point, even after all this hectic stuff my abs jst dont seem to show out.
i have like a lil fat that jst doesnt allow my abs to show, im sure the ab muscles are there cuz when i suck my stomach in i can see linings and traces.
my little 10 min workout is done like twice everyday. it includes:
bicycle kicks: 50x
pushups: 20-25x
crunches: 20-50x
and repeat the above like twice or thrice. and ive been doin this intensively for 2mnths.
PLEASE HELP
