depends on what results you want...if you want to get stronger go with heavier weight and less reps or if you want cardio & ripped then less weight & more reps

Depends what you want, more weight less reps is what body builders do, less weight more reps is for definition..

10-12 b/c that means you are able to do them and that aren't that heavy. but if you dont want great results...4-6
