Sure before July if you start next month.
do this diet plan for 8 weeks and you will see the difference.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your
meals.

Breakfast oatmeal and a fruit or a breakfast bar and water.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 6 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.

Good luck:

I would definitely say that it's possible, but for the sake of your heath and the question of whether losing weight too fast increases your chances of gaining it back again, you have to be very careful.

I would suggest, from my own personal experience, the usual: a diet full of vegetables and fruits. I managed to lose 20 lbs in a little over two months by loosely watching my calorie intake (about 1500 a day) and replacing the usual snack foods with fruit or a salad and TONS of water as opposed to soda, juices, and other beverages. Naturally, exercise is a must in order to keep you body working towards removing excess weight. It doesn't take too much effort or time to go walking a couple days of of the week. I never needed a strict or ruthless exercise plan.

Another suggestion: many people have full confidence in the belief that one's blood type is crucial in choosing what foods help or prevent the body from being healthy and losing weight. I, for example, have O Positive blood, so a diet high in protein, that which is found in red meat, is supposed to encourage my body to drop the pounds. While dieting, I often ate steaks, hamburgers, and such. I can vouch that it worked for me. If your interested, I recommend a book called Eat Right for Your Blood Type; much of this information, I'm sure, can be found right here online.

I wish you lots and lots of luck! :D

Try Atkins... you have to read his latest book, cover to cover, and actually follow it. Do absolutely no carbs in the first 3-4 weeks... that means less than 15 grams per day, no alcohol at all and buy the special Atkins vitamins, all 3 kinds. You also need to excercise 4-5 days a week. After the first month you can drink socially, if you are careful, and you should be back to a more normal diet by July.

I did this years ago and lost about 35 lbs in 6 weeks, by strictly following the diet and power walking about 2 hours (7 miles) per day, 4-5 times per week. After the first 2 months I only lost another 5 lbs, but a severly dropped off with the exercise and I was eating all vegetables, fruits, juices, whole grain bread and 1/3 starch at one meal each day. I also kept most of the weight off for several years.

It definitely is possible! That is about 30 weeks away so you will need to lose about 2.1 pounds each week. It is normally more healthy to lose about 1 pound a week but 2 can be managed. To lose 2 pounds a week you not only need a diet but an exercise plan. I would suggest meeting with a trainer and a dietician/nutritionist as soon as you can. It has been shown that people who regularly consult with trainers/nutritionist are much more successful in losing weight and adopting a healthy lifestyle. Take advantage of the deals that gyms have around New Years, they usually have some discounts.
Good luck, you can do it!!!

Loosing weight can be a very rewarding thing. It is different for everyone. Success is something to achieve, but not always the end result.

*Before starting anything, contact your family physician so that they can assure that your current health will allow you to start anything.

Everyone thinks its too hard to loose weight and its only for some people. WRONG! Anyone can do it. Its just about how much your actually willing to do to achieve your ideal weight and health.

Diet- The main thing is change what you eat. If you are used to eating doughnuts for breakfast, soda during dinner, or a big dessert after lunch, of course that’s unhealthy. That needs to change. Try salads, tomatoes, and lean meat. Switch to slim milk! Its not only healthier but it taste the same as 1% but its fat free and over 20 less calories. Wheat bread is also providing you with multi grain vitamins that will benefit you through out the day.

Exercise- switching your diet is one thing, but there is a bigger challenge, working your body to its full potential to insure good health. Running is one of the best exercises, but not everyone can handle that whether because bad knees, etc. Walking is a great exercise too, but when your doing it, try swinging your arms to burn even more calories. Shooting hoops in the yard with friends, or jumping rope are great exercises too.

Motivation is the key. Dedicate your hard work to someone or something. Tell yourself that today’s workout will be for a lost family member, and then when the workout gets hard, think of them and it will motivate yourself to do more.

I hope you all will have success. Best of luck to you all!

I hope it is because I need to lose 70 pounds too. I hope I lose way before July like April or May. I am 5'8" and 250 lbs. I need to get to 180 lbs. I am going to cut back on how much I eat and how often I eat. I will probably try to eat every three hours starting at 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. And if I am still hungry then I will try to incorporate only fruits, veggies, and salad after 6:00 p.m. Also I am going to drink lots and lots of water with all my meals because it takes me awhile to get full and water fills you up plus clears your body and skin. I would say around 6-8 8oz glasses a day. I will only eat small portions at every meal not too stretch my stomach and to shrink my waist area. Also am going to work out Mon-Fri for 1 hour. I will rest on Saturday and Sunday or just stretch or something. I will also switch up my routine so my body won't get use to each excercise.

yes it is very possible but you have to be dedicated to it , here it is good luck.
its hard without noing your wight &hight but roughly you need to stay bellow 1300 cal less than 40 gs of fat a day while trying to eat at least 4 times a day morning about 400 cal about 2 hrs later 100 for a snack like a apple ,banana, or grapes mid day another 300 there alot of meals at the store for under 300 cal and then a late meal atleast 3 hrs before bed for under 500 cal its not that hard and you dont feel hungry all the time but here is the key run , walk , bike do something anything for atleast 1 hr every day .the reason it will work is 3000 calories is = to 1 pound period if your 70 lbs over weght you would probally have to eat 3500 cals just to maintain that weght no one beleaves they eat that much but add up yesterdays cals and you will be suprized so you drop from 3500 to 1300 that leaves 2200 cals burnt without exercise add the exercise you easily loose 2 to 3 lbs every 3 days it is that easy .and if you cheat (dont ) dont go over 2300 cals. you will be fine ,go for it

It's definatly possible if you stick to it. You could lose like 10+ pounds each month! Just eat healthy food, exersice daily (30-40minutes ea. day) and keep to atleast 1200 calories each day. You could exersice by jogging, doing sit-ups, and just jumping! But make sure you don't OVER work yourself, that can be very dangerous.

-- also ask a doctor what is good for your body --

HOPE THIS HELPS! (:

No, only healthy to lose 2 lbs a week, no wonder pill, just work out 30 min. everyday, and eat smaller portions, healthy food.
You'll lose weight for sure, if you follow these rules.
Take your measurments, you'll see the inches melt away. Only weigh once a week, to see how far you've come in a week. Good luck, I know you can do it......in fact.......I'll do it with you.
