so my body fat percentage is 13 or lower...i havent done much any ab training so obvioulsy i dont have a 6 pac...but when i flex i have about a 4 pac...so my question is with enough ab training will i be able to develop a visible six pack? and in about how long will it begin to show? how about excercises?

Abs is the hardest muscle to get. It is all about the food you eat and fat loss. I would eat better, stay away from the junk food. Substitute all flavored beverages with water. Eat like 5-6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 big meals to speed up your body's metabolism. Do cardio exercises along with your ab exercises.

yes you can get it to show. jsut do cardio like running, and ab exercizes.
