The bottom line, stuff that can pass through but not get broken down. Insoluble fiber and/or specific (cellular) components of plants that your body can't break down. I'm talking about running out and eating a bunch of toilet paper or anything like that. Usually it can vary from person to person as well. Common culprits are bran, fiber in general, apple juice, prunes, potato skins, squash, sweet potatoes, or lots and lots of fruits and vegetables in general. It also depends on the quantity, which unfortunately vary from person to person. Most people have a certain amount that their body can handle no problem, but if they eat beyond their "set point" they may problems. It's so individual that it's hard to say. I hope some of these ideas help...whatever your reasoning is!

Faster? Anything high in fiber such as Raisin Bran and oatmeal. If you'd like to go regularly then also try yogurt with active enzymes such as Activia. It aids digestion.

i don't notice any distinction. maybe the fries are being undercooked/overcooked the place you consume. as quickly as I worked at McD's, they used a timer to be certain how long the fries have been interior the grease, yet those issues are actually not suitable.

i think you should just get the diet tea which is a tea that makes you crap .
its not bad . you just drink the tea then you crap .
you can get it at mostly any store .
