how much water should a 190 pound person be drinking? and what about a 125 pound person?

is there some sort of page you know about and could give me a link to with this sort of scale/info ?

I tell my client 50 percent of their body into ounces.
So if you weigh 190, then 95 ounces is a great start.

The best rule I know of is to drink 1/2 ounce of water per pound of weight. So a person weighing 190 pounds should drink a minimum of 95 ounces of water and a 125 pound person needs at least 62.5 ounces daily.

The 190 lb person should drink just under a gallon about 150 ounces and the 125 lb person should drink just under 3 quarts about 90 ounces .

well u need 8 glasses of water a day but it largely depends on ur diet and activities. it u r taking high sugar and protein diets u have to drink more water and if u exercise or work out daily again u need more water..
again the food u eat contain high percentage of water in it and the body uses its water need from it too.

They say everyone should drink 8 glasses of water a day.
