How old are you and how tall are you? As the others have said...there's 14 pound to a stone. I run 5 miles in 50 minutes at 6.0MPH every day. So walking would probably be one and a half hours/2 hours.

a stone is 14 pounds and about 6 kilos
on the tred mil if I run for 15 mins non stop I can do 50kilometers (apparently) biut dont know how many miles that is. Its alot less if you are walking, I do walk for 5 mins at a quick pace and manage just under a kilometer.
I also know that the next town to me is a mile away, it takes me 15 mins to walk it, this is not on flat ground and is through winding streets so this is why the tredmil may be a tad over enthusiastic in its measurements!

A stone is equal to 14 pounds. As for the 5 miles, the treadmill should tell you how far you've walked or ran. It would depend on how fast you were going.

Think of seven bags of sugar. that is equal to one stone, therefore, you weigh equal to 35 bags of sugar.
To walk 5 miles on a treadmill would take about 1.5 hours at a leisurely pace.

A stone is equal to 14 pounds or 6.4 kgs.
And for the treadmill and elliptical it depends on the speed setting you're on.
