I am not a huge fan of wheat bread, and thought this might be a good substitute if it was still good for you nutritionally.

Look at the ingredients and see if the flour is called whole grain. If it is not, it is not. I've never heard of whole wheat white bread. If the flour used is whole grain wheat, it's whole wheat bread. Try to find breads that use whole grains and there are many different types of grains used in breads. And try to keep the sugar down too. To eat healthly, try to leave out all things white or at least large amounts of them like: white rice (the healthy stuff has been removed), potatoes, pasta, bread, and the big one, sugar. Substitute in all things green.

It is much more healthy than white bread but is not all as good as wheat bread. Basically its like white bread with all of the grains still in it.

They are both not that good since they are both processed. But the whole wheat has extra nutrients.
