Sounds like you eat when you are bored. Keep you mouth busy by chewing gum and drinking more water to fill up your tummy. Start participating in some type of sport to avoid idle time while toning up your body. Find a friend who can help you with the support. Don't buy the junk food. Buy just enough food in your house for the day, this way you don't have anything extra to munch on.

Whenever you feel the urge to eat even if you aren't hungry, keep yourself occupied. The two best things are to go for a walk or listen to music. When you walk, your getting exercise, so you will feel happier. Also, if you aren't hungry and feel the urge to eat, stay away from food. If that doesn't work, then eat a fruit because it will make you feel fuller longer. A couple of ways to keep the weight off is to make better choices. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, and when you are at a restaurant, order things grilled instead of crispy. Good luck!

If not, then just keep trying to not eat, the more times you try the better chance you have the next time.
Lastly, although I don't know your living situation you could rid your house of bad food. Any day, when you're feeling especially brave, throw out all your junk food. Then go to the grocery store and buy lots of good food, like fruits or veggies, wheat bread and peanut butter/jam and tuna. Then just eat fruits! Anything that takes a long time to eat is good, like apples. They take forever for me to get down.

Just try to get involved in some activities that take you mind off food. Find something that you really like to do and just focus on that and ignore the hunger. When I first got my laptop I just stayed on it all day doing nothing really but it was so cool to me that I just forgot about food. Hang out with friends and tell them not to let you eat much. Also eat healthy when you do. Find healthy foods that you like and stock up on those so that you are not tempted by junk.

i kind of have the same problem as you. i eat all the time even when im full. sometimes its because im bored and sometimes its because i just cant except the fact that im full. i think i can control this if i tried but i think im to skinny so i dont try to stop. but since youre a girl u should just control your urges and find something else to do besides eat. if u cant do that when ur just sitting there watching tv or something go out and be active. maybe go bowling with youre friends or go work out.

I don't think eating too much is the problem...it's what you eat. Try eating more veggies and fruits. Add dairy like milk, cheese, and yogurt which is proven to help you become leaner. Just don't stick to greasy foods and you'll shed that weight off and hopefully gain some muscle.

It's not really the question, how much you eat, it's what you eat. Conquer (or however you spell it) your hunger by eating healthier foods and drinking more water. Try to excercise a bit too. It'll get you full but leaves you feeling refreshed. It makes you feel a lot better about yourself.

#1) Keep crappy foods out of the house. Keep on hand lots and lots of dried fruit, frozen fruit, smoothie ingrients (fat free frozen yogourt is yummy in a smoothie).
#2) More importantly, your keep active!!! Your metabolism can keep up with anything if it's high. At least every other day, you should try to excercise 30-1hr a day.

Do any form of exercise you can. If you have a trampoline, use that for half an hour-1 hour everyday.
Eat healthy.

limit yourselve to eat 3 healthy meals a day (fruits, veggies or lean meat), then get some excersize for at least 30 min a day. if you feel like you are hungry chew gum. keep this up and limit dessert.
