this is harder than it seems, dont eat junk food, or any crappy foods you know like chips, soda ect or if you have a sweet tooth like me eat as little as possible. go for walks, or run or jog, ( cardio) start doing stomach crunchers, even if you start off as 10 a day you will gradualy get to more and more even if it takes you a few months. drink heaps of water and dont eat so much so you cant move lol.

dont eat junk ,fast food, or soda, do cardio exersizes like running, running is great for abs. Also do ab exersizes like hanging leg raises.
